Winter Strength Training

From January until the week before Spring Ball

Opportunity for athletes who are not currently engaged in another sport to hit the weightroom after school, Monday through Thursday.

Workouts are designed to be efficient, and focus on increasing maxes on all major lifts.

Spring Football

Our first opportunity to get on the field and evaluate our upcoming talent. Big emphasis on installing football fundamentals, and the main concepts of our playbook. Spring Ball is only open to currently-enrolled Woodside students.

Spring Ball is mid-May, the two weeks before Memorial Day

Summer Football

This is where the bulk of our preparation for the new season happens. A rigorous schedule including strength training, speedwork, football fundamentals, plyometrics, 7v7, conditioning, classroom sessions. Summer training is KEY to our success in the Fall!

Summer Football begins the week after school get outs. We train 3x per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and we get after it! Open to all prospective players, and middle schoolers looking to train for their upcoming season.

Fall Camp

The OFFICIAL start of the new season. All athletes MUST BE CLEARED before they are able to particpate.

We start with a mandated acclimitazation period for the first week before picking up the tempo and rigor moving forward.

At this point it is full speed ahead in preparing for the upcoming season.
